By applying to become a Nearly Naked Veg wholesaler, you agree to the following terms and expectations. These help ensure a reliable and high-quality experience for our customers — and support your success as a partner.

1. Fulfilment Responsibilities

• You agree to prepare all orders within 1 hour of receiving them via the wholesaler dashboard.
• You will monitor the dashboard during your stated availability. We do not send email or pop-up alerts.
• You must mark orders as “ready for collection” once packed and ready.

2. Packaging & Labelling

• Nearly Naked Veg provides all required packaging materials.
• You must use the correct-sized paper bags and include the printed branded packing list with each order.
• All products must be labelled or presented with relevant information (e.g. ingredients or allergens where applicable).

3. Collections & Couriers

• Once marked as ready, Nearly Naked Veg will dispatch a courier to collect the order.
• Couriers may contact you by phone or SMS upon arrival.
• Couriers will verify collection by photographing the order number. You are not responsible for any further scanning or handover steps.

4. Missed or Problem Orders

• If you are unable to fulfil an item or order, you must call customer service immediately.
• If the courier is delayed, the order will be automatically reassigned to another driver.
• Split or partial fulfilments are allowed, but must be communicated to our team first.

5. Payments & Pricing

• You will receive 75% of the total order value, paid every two weeks by bank transfer.
• Nearly Naked Veg handles all invoicing — you do not need to generate or send invoices.
