Delivering fresh food to customers’ doors — quickly and seamlessly — starts with great prep. Here’s everything you need to know about how to get orders ready for pickup.
1. Receiving New Orders
- Orders appear in your Wholesaler Dashboard as soon as they’re placed.
- There are no email alerts or pop-ups — you’ll need to monitor your dashboard during your active hours.
- It’s assumed you’ll fulfil all incoming orders — there’s no accept/reject system.
2. Timing & Prep Window
- You have 1 hour from the time an order is placed to prepare it.
- Orders are placed between 9:00am and 4:00pm daily.
- No automated countdowns or reminders are sent — stay aware of your prep timing.
- If you can’t meet the deadline, contact customer support immediately.
3. Pick & Pack Process
- Use your dashboard to print a pick list for each order.
- All orders must be packed using our supplied paper-based bags and correct sizes.
- Include a branded packing list (provided via dashboard) with the package.
- Products must contain relevant product info, especially for allergen-sensitive items.
4. Packaging
- We supply all packaging, dropped off to you regularly.
- You’ll use:
- Paper bags (correctly sized)
- Branded labels and packing lists
- No specific sustainability rules, but plastic-free is ideal.
- No need to source your own materials — we keep it simple and consistent.
